Is my contribution tax deductible?

Gifts to the Foundation are tax-deductible as allowed by state and federal law. 100% of your donation is used locally to support patient care, programs and cutting-edge technology, ensuring the largest return on your generosity. St. Joseph’s Foundation of San Joaquin is a not-for-profit organization, as provided under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

Our Federal Tax Identification Number (EIN) is EIN 51-0432777.

How will my gift be recognized?

Donors are recognized in the Foundation’s magazine, Foundation Focus. Donors that give cumulatively $10,000 or more are also permanently recognized on the Foundation’s donor wall adjacent to the St. Joseph’s Medical Center lobby.
